We are a modest food and drinks counter on the corner of Rua Emilio Mallet in Vila Gomes Cardim, on the east side of Sao Paulo. The house opened its doors in December 2022 and has served the same block since then, quietly and steadily.
The idea is simple. A hot pot of coffee from morning until closing, juices squeezed one glass at a time from whatever the market has fresh that week, sandwiches assembled on the counter, and a short list of prepared meals that regulars pick up on their way home.
